I have a working and completed Payflow API that I would like to put in but this project swiped the name. Either that or make me the owner of this project? This one has been here for some time and has no releases from what I can see.

Have you tried contacting the author of the payflow project?

Please follow the procedure in #4 to take over the module's namespace and project page, which should be fairly straightforward since the original author hasn't even submitted any code to CVS. Please re-open when the proper procedure has been followed.
