Adminstrative pages disipeared! NEED HELP!

Everything has changed on the page that normally comes up when I go to administer on my clients site. The 'Modules' link is no longer there, it only has Blocks, Contact Form, and URL Aliases listed under sight configuration block.
Please help!!! I am so desperate. The pirate module was supposed to be working today for this sailing company and they have sent out emails telling about 500 people to check it out today for speak like a pirate day.
