If teaser-block is used on a site with lots of pages the list of nodes will grow extremely long at:
http://ungpirat.6/admin/build/block/add-teaser
One solution would be to implement something like the module nodequeue has which is using AJAX (see attached screenshot) to select a page/node.

Agreed, but this is a feature, not a bug. :)
