Sorry for very basic question.
I've installed Drupal-stack from Bitnami.
My URL gives "Welcome to Bitnami" page
My "URL/Drupal" gives Drupal front-page.
Question >> how can I change so URL gives Drupal front-page?

whatchoo talkin' 'bout?
You've explained your problem very badly. Giving actual examples instead of 'URL' would have been much less confusing.
But I'm going to guess that you mean Drupal installed in subdirectory but made to appear in root
The first, obvious answer is DO NOT INSTALL DRUPAL IN A SUBDIRECTORY if you really want it to appear in the siteroot. I don't know anything about bitnami, but it sounds like your choice to use that.
You can probably just move all the drupal folder contents up one level, over-writing other stuff, and it should work.
OR you modify the apache configs to change the document root to the actual drupal root. Easily done.
You probably don't want to mess round with the rewrite rules discussed in that linked thread - they are only useful if you do not have normal admin control of your own site.
