I keep seeing errors finding pages like login. When I click to see the details of the error it tells me it's trying to locate this:

/user/login?destination=taxonomy%2Fterm%2F18

When I try it, with and without translating the %2F into / (I think that's what those mean) it works fine. Am I dealing with a sluggish server (it seems fine)??
