It is a big project that can have a huge impact.

Can you make a simple demo web site where we can test a simple pattern please ?

Even a really simple example that just install a footer menu with "contact", "about" and "FAQ".

It would be a nice proof of concept.

We'd love to setup a demo site for the project, but there is one issue preventing that currently. In order for patterns to be run/enabled and configure sites, it's highly recommended to be logged in with user 1 which has full privileges. This means that demo users would be able to run php code on the server which is a security problem.

There are ways this can be addressed, but it will take a bit of extra time to lock a demo site and server down to be secure.

We'll be working on this once we get the Drupal 6 port done.
