I have multiple albums. One of these albums is set to be hidden in its album-preferences. As long as I'm logged in to drupal everything works fine, but when I'm visiting my drupal-installation as a guest the Albumtree-links from navigation-menu link to the standalone-Gallery2-albums. "Readable URLs" are not activated in my installation.

You are talking about the 'Hidden Items' plugin for G2, right? Its not supported by gallery module atm.
