Blank page after enabling BookMadeSimple module

Description
I get a blank page after enabling the module and hitting the 'Save configuration" button. I have to reload the page in order to see the modules page again. Using Drupal 6.4.

i have the same problem, when i try to reload that page i get this:
Access denied
warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /mounted-storage/home84c/sub008/sc46111-CLLE/junglist.cz/modules/BookMadeSimple/book_made_simple.module:125) in /mounted-storage/home84c/sub008/sc46111-CLLE/junglist.cz/includes/common.inc on line 141.

Works for me.
Can you get the last version at http://code.google.com/p/mmr-drupal-modules/downloads/list?q=label:BookM... ?
Uninstall the module and reinstall it.
