.pot-file is missing

Description
In the translations-folder there is just the ja.po-file, not the .pot-file that potx-creates.
Wouldnt it be better for potential translators to have the .pot-file there too?
The .pot-file is attached if you would like to skip making it your self.

I re-ran potx and added the file to the commentrss/translations directory in 6.x-2.x. Thanks!
