image_overlay 6.x-0.3-beta1

Fixed install error. Added features:
* Admins can now add "Symbols" - images that act as shapes. When the user selects "symbol" as a shpe type, a box appears showing all available symbols.
* Text (mostly) works now. Admins can add font choices, although 2 GNU fonts are included & installed by default.
* Freehand drawings were added. After a freehand drawing is added, the user must click and "draw" on the image, releasing the mouse button when done. The portion of the image that was drawn on will become its own shape on the overlay
