Fatal Error with Automatic Node Title

Using the nodereferrer and additional form patch submitted to the flexifield que, I created a flexifield type and made a node reference from the parent node type to the flexifield node type. I think the problem happened when I changed the parent node type to use an automatic node title based on a specific date field.
