Developing Women Specific Publication.

I have used drupal with Women's IMC. I would like to develop a writing space that is not limited
to blog design and moving widgets around. My current blog 'Poethead' has developed beyond
the capability of Wordpress . I would like to expand and develop it out more, with a view
to :

1. More language and translation option.
2. A Wider gallery to allow for more photographic images and poss vid.
3.The possibility of building up a team of women writers to enlarge and expand the issues,
they are already used as a teaching resource and linked onto other blogs.
4.A category and links to other groups that are attempting to increase the visibility of
women writers on web/independent publication.

Thus I would like more flexibility in design and site maintenance.
