Field mappings not working in Step 2

Description
The field mappings in Step 2 do not appear to be working correctly, they are not appearing. I've tried this on a number of sites in 4.7 and none of them work.
I've attached a screenshot for review.
I can't export without setting the field mappings. Is there a setting somewhere that I have not turned on?

This happens on the version I have tried to port to drupal 6. I wasnt sure if it was my fault or not. Now i guess its in the code. I will look for it.
