It would be cool for FFPC to support an Episode 000 that could be a static episode used as an intro. to the podcast. I recently read about it and thought it would be a cool feature. But, I don't know if it's possible on FFPC or not.

So, would this episode always be at the top of the feed? If so, it seems like using sticky in your view might accomplish this. FFPC, itself, is just a Views output. Anything you can do in views you can output to an FFPC feed. Can you think of how to do what you're proposing in Views?

I may be missing exactly what you're trying to do....if I did, give it another whirl in explaining.
