disappearing uploads

First of all, I have got to say this is great. I've been using another editor which was giving me headaches, where as this one did almost everything I wanted to do "out of the box". That being said, I'm having a small problem. When uploading a graphic file for use in a post all seems well; it shows in the main text area, and the text is formatted correctly. I save the post and it still looks good. When I go back to the post the graphic is now missing. I believe the problem is that YUI is looking for the file at this address: sites/default/files/002.jpg (as reported by my log) except it's not there. It's actually in sites/default/files/images/002.jpg

I suspect this is partially due to my setup prior to YUI. Can you help me figure out how to redirect YUI or uploader?
