I'm not sure this feature is working, but it may also be a configuration issue that I can solve on my end. If I put in the number of the node for the cover page, the cover page does not show up, even though the node exists and I've entered the proper node id. Is it supposed to automatically display as part of the issue somewhere? I'm not sure.... Thanks for any helpful guidance on this.

it has disappeared somehow, not it is back again - please use the dev (you will need the theme_standard.inc and the css file)
if the display is not what you want, you can always tweak the themes
