If anyone is using the indymedia module, i could use some help

I am using the indymedia cities block module and the module has the option to collapse the cities list, but my list wont collapse...I've tried selecting the options to collapse, left it off, disable the block, then re-enable the block...still no luck
is there something i am missing?
