When using openid for registering into any site - username is http://example.com/users/USERNAME but have to be only USERNAME with a link to username profile or just a homepage.

That behaviour is is allowed, and may vary [1].
The solution would be, to implement Simple registration [2] or Attribute Exchange [3], which seems to be under way [4].
