I just want to ask if this module can do this feature, split payments where a certain role is paid X% of the selling price and site owner retains Y% of the selling price.

Please advise, whether I need to modify little bit in your module. Thanks.

A fee/commission/etc system is in place, where an admin gets y% and seller (or creator of product node) gets (1-y)%. Modification would be required if this would need to be altered. I am not sure where you are going with a certain role being paid x%, so that may require custom modifications. You will have to be more specific, if this doesn't help.
