Why do you have to go and make things so complicated?

It seems like this module (and its poor maintainer) would be much better served if it provided the user with something like this:

Name: [ Digg                  ]
URL:  [ http://blahblablah    ]
Icon: [d] [ Upload a different icon ]

[ Add another service ]

Then about 90% of the issues in this queue for "Add random service X" could be closed out, and the module would always be up to date.

Something for a 2.x release maybe..?

It would be nicer if people worked with others in the issue queue to add services directly into the module itself so that others gain benefit of the new service. This is really easy to do in the Drupal 6.x-2.x-dev branch.
