Sending emails from a form

Hey,

Was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction...

I'm trying to create a landing page on drupal. It's a form which will email the user a "free guide". It has the following Fields:

* First Name
* Last Name
* Your Email
* Country

Once the user presses submit I want the following to happen:

* send them the "free guide"
* record their details to a database
* forward them to another page.

Now, I don't mind using php to drive this, I just don't know how to insert php into my theme? Or alternatively, any modules that can do this? Ideally I would like to personalise the email and have support for multiple languages.

Can someone point me in the right direction?
