2 cck-related issues

Great theme. Found the following issues when testing 6.x-1.2 on D6.4 with CCK 2.0-rc7:

1. On the node input form, User Reference autocomplete fields with multiple items (2 or more) are cut off in IE7. (see issue1.jpg attached)
2. On the Manage fields tab of the node type edit form, the submit button is not displayed when cck fields are reordered. (see issue2.jpg attached)

Both of these issues appear to be related.
