Any Ideas?

What type of page is this?
What type of page is this? Did you try going to the Admin section in order to access it through admin/content/node? If you can't access the admin section, your problem is that you are not User #1 even if you think you are.

Menus
Menus are a collection of links (menu items) used to navigate a website. The menus currently available on your site are displayed below. Select a menu from this list to manage its menu items.
The navigation menu is provided by Drupal and is the main interactive menu for any site. It is usually the only menu that contains personalized links for authenticated users, and is often not even visible to anonymous users.
Primary links are often used at the theme layer to show the major sections of a site. A typical representation for primary links would be tabs along the top.
Secondary links are often used for pages like legal notices, contact details, and other secondary navigation items that play a lesser role than primary links
NOTHING ELSE.
This is all I get.
Can you tell where I need to go for the tabs to add menu and to check my settings.
I am convinced that I have the intial account for the site.
My account is the eldest.
The first on the list.
I suppose this means something
.org/?q=user/1
Maybe not.
Do you know?
Any leads
Are greatly appreciated.
Gracias
Thank you all so much, I think I figured it out.
Got rid of downloaded modules,
by deleting the modules folder.
Uploaded the core.
And viola.
Probably not the best way.
But when one is learning, has individual installations for three or four sites.
Still is learning to take the baby steps the drupal way...
When you can imagine.
Thank you all so much.
Good job!
