taxonomy_redirect 6.x-1.1

Added the changes that took 5.x-1.1 to 5.x-1.2. These were:
#241646: Modifying this module - Added functionality to redirect at term level.
#304233: Any way to replace characters in vocab terms? - Added separator option to replace spaces and + characters with another character of the users choosing.
- Added an option to remove characters from the url. User can specify a list of characters to remove, for example, unwanted punctuation.
#196990: does not work with Taxonomy List module - Works with taxonomy_list module.
#273471: Code has no comments - Code has comments.
#253066: Patch to add support for entering PHP code and some caching support - Added the ability to enter PHP code to create the path.
#195904: option to include hierarchical path - Added new path variables for parent term id's and parent term names.
