by Tim_O: Fixed missing workflow for ending and ended games.
Games could not be surrendered. To address this:
* the checkmate-checkbox-handling was modified, so it can be ticked
without actually making any move.
* the checkmate-checkbox is now also used to surrender a game
Ended games were not treated as such, i.e. still allowed to enter a
move. To address this:
* when displaying node an according info is shown, if the game has
ended (and no move or undo form, i.e. ending a game is irreversible)
* rules-integration was extended by a "game-ended"-action including
an according default-action
Should be fully functional and ready for release now?

0.08 Adds in the files needed for the chess pieces, and includes them in the package. The default directory for the pieces is also changed to the install directory. This means the user does not have to seperately update and install the chess pieces, just install the module.
Moves can also be undone now. If a mistake is made, the user can deal with it without having to log into the database and manually change it! - The undo button is only displayed to the user who made the move, and they can only undo a move if the next player has not made a move. Every move right back to the original board state can be undone. Due to the current method of storing check and checkmate values (which are not used for anything yet!) these values are reset if a move is undone. Whether move undoing is allowed can be controlled from the chess settings page.
A third block has also been added, this block can display the previous moves, marked as white or black, and displayed in stnadard chess notation. The number of previous moves to be displayed is controlled in the chess settings page.
For anyone who wants to check out the code, I'm adding in better comments also.
