Commercial properties: Bedrooms/Baths?

When setting up a commercial property, there's no option to not to display Bedrooms/Baths...lowest is 1 bedroom/1 bath (respectively)...for commercial properties, is it possible to have it so that bedroom/baths don't display, since its not necessary.
