Multiple auto add

Issue Summary

This feature request has 2 different scenarios

1. Straightforward add any 5 named users as buddies

2. Complex

Users have 4 vocabularies associated with them.

I would like a buddy from one of each vocabulary to be autoadded.

eg: there is Hometown, Country, Gender, Genre

so if a user while registering picks a term from say, Country, and there is someone from that country already, a message is sent either via pm or as a flashing mesage on the site "There is already a user from "country", and has been added to your buddies. "
