Issue Summary
The "offset top" options don't seem to be working correctly. I've attached a couple of screenshots. In my admin section, I've got both "offset top" options set to 1. However, I'm still getting a lot of extra padding in the display. I also added a screenshot of what I'm seeing with the live widget on AddThis.com for comparison purposes.

Offsets are causing a lot of issues and have been disabled in current releases. There is still no permanent solution for this issue, but offsets will return when one is found.

This can be done with CSS theming, no point in adding this to the module itself.
