Administrator adding content for users gets the points

On my community-based site, users email me content, which I edit and then post under their user name. Unfortunately, when I do so, the points they earn for posting the node is given to me, even though I posted it in their user name.

This is a similar issue to the administer deleting problem here: http://drupal.org/node/26885

Solution is similar: make sure points are credited to the author of the post, not the person doing the submitting.

Another problem: I've noticed quite a few fixes/modifications in the last couple of weeks. (http://drupal.org/node/29570 and http://drupal.org/node/30979). However, on the main userpoints page (http://drupal.org/project/userpoints), it says:

Download latest release (4.6.0, 21/06/2005 - 15:58)

Where are the newer releases, if not on that page?
