What's this error all about? I already made a correct settings..

Paypal Masspay Response
* Completed:The payment has been processed
* Failed:Insufficient Paypal balance
* Returned:Funds have been returned to you
* Unclaimed:Receiver's email address is either not a Paypal account or receiver's

Paypal account is blocked

This error is not a bug but actually a legend or a key for the possible payment statuses. I was confused myself the first time I saw it. If you still need assistance follow the link given by Turgrid above.
