#289485: Location module loses data

New Features:

Store time from formats that have that information.
Store user variables. Currently heartrate, cadence & time from CRS/TCX are supported.
Graphs no longer forced to have distance on X axis. Time can be used where available.
Performance increase with large XML files.
New TCX functionality.
