Issue Summary
After installing the Bad Behavior module in two Drupal 6.4 web sites I began noticing extremely slow response to modifications of the site. Efforts to login took 20-30 seconds. Modifications to any node took an estimated 15-20 seconds to save the result.
Upon removal of the module the problem disappeared. Before removing the module I had optimized the MySql database, checked for errors, updated all modules and found nothing else that was being reported as being a problem. I even checked the server log - nothing. I had recalled that the Bad Behavior module was among the latest modules installed so I removed it, which resolved the problem.
I'm sorry I don't have more to give you, but there's obviously something that wasn't right.

I can second this!! Steer clear from this module unless you want to wait 30+ seconds for a DB entry to be called or written. You can test the difference by simply using Views (click on a + sign anywhere and notice the load speed)
