On installation on a Drupal 5.7 site, I get the following message among the result of enabling it:
- The field White (field_white_0) was added to the content type Chess, but an error has occured updating the field settings. Please check the errors displayed for more detail.

On red background, these errors show:
- White: Invalid user
- The default value is invalid.

The user used to install has admin rights, but is not uid1.

Yeah, I've started getting this error also. Not sure what is up yet. Have found a thread that mentions this problem and re-ordering the data in the import file, but it's not a great fix http://drupal.org/node/128038

Anyway I created the "black" field manually and now all is ok.

I think I've got this sorted... but my test server is acting up, so I haven't tested it fully yet... hopefully have a release with some fixes and some new features in the next few days.

The latest release, 0.06, should fix this issue. Let me know if it doesn't.
