Hey i can't seem to figure out how to not have every item be pulled in again every time cron is run. I've tried using the Twitter plugin with my username, or just putting the rss feed into the feed portion, and either time it pulls in all the items every time cron is run. Cron is run frequently on our live server, so is that the issue? Does anyone else have this problem?

Do you have any errors in the watchdog log? What's the activitystream table look like? Can you give me a dump of the last 50 rows of it and the rows from the node table that match activitystream.nid?

This should be fixed in 1.3. While I haven't been able to recreate this specific issue, the behavior described could conceivably be caused by the bug that was fixed in 1.3
