Description

When I go to file browser I can see the tags from taxonomy like folders in a tree, I can expand them, but there are no files under them, the size everywhere is 0bytes and file count is 0 (in every row).

Am I missing something?

Yes, the browser is based on taxonomy terms. If you have files which are tagged by those taxonomy terms, the files will appear under those folders (tags).

The browser also allows uploading files to a folders (tags), that means when a folder is upload to selected folder (tag), it is automatically tagged by that tag.

But the problem is that I do have files tagged with those tags, but they still don't appear.

Same problem here. The interesting part is that when the file is uploaded using the file browser, it does appear. By editing the file node, however, I cannot see any difference that could cause this.

Maybe a permissions issue? The file is shown in the browser only if the user has a view permission to the file node. Can the user, who uses the browser, view the file node in question?

Yes the user can see the files, I'm usually logged in as user1, so everything should be accessible to me.

Were the files created as file nodes using fileframework, or were they uploaded using core upload module or other third party modules? Is the file visible in the taxonomy browser if you upload it from the side file upload block?
