when i activating the module it comes a white page with this error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare _weather_fill_icao_table_24() (previously declared in /var/www/web3/html/sites/all/modules/weather/weather.install:1669) in /var/www/web3/html/sites/all/modules/weather/weather.install on line 2388

I cannot reproduce this error. It sounds like your installation is somehow corrupted. Could you try to uninstall the module, remove all the files from weather module, download 6.x-4.2 again and install it again?
