When posting anything on the organic groups in groups.drupal.org there is a "Log message" just before the submit button. While this log message might be useful to administrators it does not add any functionality whatsoever to the other 95% of users.

It might also not be a good impression to new users who aren't very technical.

Since I guess it can't be themed away completely I suggest the field is invisible to all normal users that don't have any special privileges.

It should be useful to anyone editing or reviewing any of the content. That field gives the editor a place to explain what he or she is doing when editing the page. It's not likely to go away anytime soon, but I'll leave this active and let some one else make that decision.
