No pictures found.

I found the same problem. Luckily when setting 'sort by name' it does work.

Hm, on my localhost installation I got it working, but I've now tried just about anything on server, and all I get is "No pictures found. First set your configuration and then make sure to run the Cronjob."

Any ideas?

did you type the path manually? make sure it has a trailing slash. also, manually entered paths are relative to the site's root and i believe they need to be a relative path.

I tried it all:
- folder from the directory listing
- manually (including trailing slash), both in my default file directory (../files/albums/, outside webroot - this worked on my local installation) as well as inside the Drupal directory itself.
- tried with both public and private filesystem (private did work on my local setup).
- with and without Imagecache settings
- with and without hierarchy view

I'm completely clueless now :S

try out this version (insert disclaimer here ....). i'm not sure what your specific problem is, but i reworked the code from ground up.
