Fatal Error in 3.3

Issue Summary

I think the 3.3 release is corrupted. The file date is December 2007 and I get the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function og_contact_check_group_admin() in /home/public_html/includes/common.inc(1355) : eval()'d code on line 10

Installing the dev version is fine.

Should be fixed in the latest release.
