When I type this in the editor "[l|content/plan-daccès|plan d'accès]" I get that displayed as the link text "plan d'accès". I tried moving the ulink filter to the first position but that didn't correct it.

I ran into this same problem within a minute of using this module. Apostrophes are converted to and output as plain text entity references.
