Mail2web module

Hello,

i am using mail2web module. When user creates a comment, notification email with comment text is sent to other users. Other users can also reply on notification email, but then only the body of the comment is saved. How can i do, that user can also save the other cck fields to the comment.
I want to grab more variables from the replied notification email.
I can program modules... But how to do this ?
