If you create an event then volunteer for the event, each person who has volunteered for the event will be wait listed. After the administrator approves them, the event's status should be full if the "number of volunteers wanted" has been satisfied. But if you go to the Events page (event) and hover your mouse pointer over the red button at the bottom of the event, you will see the message, "you can volunteer for this event, but there is a wait-list" Since all members on the wait list, have been approved, this is not true.
Initial Conditions
1. The volunteer module must be enabled at admin/modules.
2. At least 1 CiviCRM Group must be created at civicrm/group/add&reset=1
3. At least 1 CiviCRM Profile form must be created at civicrm/admin/uf/group&action=add&reset=1
Steps
1. Create an event and submit. (node/add/flexinode-1)
2. Volunteer for the event, fill out the CiviCRM Profile form and click volunteer for event.
3. Volunteer Admin.
4. In Volunteer Status - Stage, click Waiting Approval.
5. Approve.
6. Log out.
7. Log in as a different user.
8. Volunteer for the event, fill out the CiviCRM Profile form and click volunteer for event.
9. Log out.
10. Log back in as the administrator or user with event coordinator privilges.
11. Select the event and click it.
12. Volunteer Admin.
13. In Volunteer Status for the 2nd user - Stage, click Waiting Approval. (Note: If there are more volunteers wanted, you will have to reduce
the number of required of volunteers to 2 or volunteer more users until the limit is satisfied)
14. Approve.
15. Go to the Calendar view for events. (event)
16. Hover the mouse over the red button at the bottom of the event created in Step #1.
Results
17. The message says, "you can volunteer for this event, but there is a wait-list", when the wait list has been removed from the event
by approving all volunteers.
Suggestion
17. The message should read, "you can volunteer for this event, but the required number of volunteers has already been satisfied" or
"you can volunteer for this event, but the event is already full"
