Fatal error: Unsupported operand types on line 368

When I try to add a second action on any triggered rule, I get this error message:


Fatal error: Unsupported operand types in C:\wamp\www\mysite\sites\all\modules\rules\rules\modules\rules.rules.inc on line 368

I can reproduce it with any new triggered rule. A second action always results in the same error message.
