I've attempted to theme these buttons today, and I couldn't for the life of me, get the links to accept height or width styling. The buttons refuse to do anything besides fit automatically to the size of the text within them. Can't apply my button image unless i can resize the link.

Any ideas?

using contemplate and can't seem to pull these pieces out of $links even tho I can get others ...
wonder if you found your solution?

I used padding instead of width/height to get my buttons to the desired size.
