misc/compat-1.0.js and misc/collapse-fix.js showing in logs

I've been checking my logs and for some reason they show numerous "page not found" errors all having to do with either collapse-fix.js or compat-1.0.js. Everything seems to work and the Status Report page says Jquery Update 1.26 is installed properly, but the errors are building up in the logs.

I thought these files were included in the new module and didn't have to be copied over like in the previous versions of JQ-Update (especially since they aren't there anymore), but I may be confused. Probably I should say.
