I don't know if this should be ad at issue or a CCK fieldgroup tabs issue, but as soon as I add a Date -> Text Field w/ popup calendar field it breaks the tabs - nothing at all shows up on the page, just Title and Save/Edit buttons.

Hmm.. I'm actually using a variety of Date fields (w/ popup calendar selector) in tabs using the latest dev of cck, date and fieldgroup tabs. You may want to try the latest dev version of each, and run update.php after they are in place. Date has gone through a lot of changes in the last few months, but it's all working well here for me ATM. :/

BTW, I'm committing some updates to Fieldgroup Tabs here right now, so there will be a new dev tarball in a few hours. While not related, it will have an update in it that's needed for the latest CCK dev.

Ok, thanks - I am using the latest of everything, so I wonder if there isn't another piece of javascript somewhere that is causing the problem, but I'm not using anything particularly exotic. The fields get rendered, they just don't show up on the page (regardless of browser). I'll dig a bit more - and just settle with boring select lists instead of pop-up calendars in the meantime :)

having same issue with no content showing, but I disabled fieldgroup tabs, I've got hte latest dev versions of date, calendar, views, cck. The problem still exists, even using collapsible groups display and also doesn't show anything for insert block or insert view field - the only content it will show is standard text. Not sure where to post this, or where to start looking for a solution.

Are you using Vertical Tabs? That's what caused the problem for me. Also, is it still showing up in the source code? If it is, then it's a js problem.

No, not using vertical tabs, not using tabs at all. problem persists. Don't think it;s related to the fieldgroup tabs module since it still occurs when it's disabled. Where would I post this issue?

I previously posted an issue with the insert block module, since that's where I first noticed the problem. But as I said I don't think it's your module or insert block, since the problem persists with insert viewfield as well.
