Got this error when importing the translation on D5: "The translation file es.po contains an error: the plural formula could not be parsed."

Attached file should fix the plural formula error,
but there is still a problem with the encoding of accented character,
I don't know Spanish, so I can't fix that

Now in UTF-8 format = fixing the accented characters.
Plus a few minor changes.
