Hey all,
I want to use one of the great skins available for Jeroen's flash player (http://www.longtailvideo.com/AddOns/?category=skins) or possibly roll my own and am wondering how I'd easily integrate them with flashvideo - any plans to facilitate this simply through the module's admin interface?

You can do this by just using the flashvars tag in the FlashVideo settings, by just saying
$params['flashvars']['skin'] = 'myskin';This should work just fine.
