No option showing on /admin/settings/admin to select different theme

I understand this is in dev, so if I'm testing too soon just let me know.
Running Drupal 6.4, testing CivicCRM 2.1 Beta6,
Installed CiviCRM Theme as my default (aBeesParadise) theme window is too narrow to really administrate CiviCRM fully. After enabling the module and navigating to /admin/settings/admin there is no option to apply the admin there to CiviCRM.
