I recently moved a drupal site for someone and everything seems to be working fine except that everyone is having trouble logging in. I reinstalled the site at a new host (bluehost) and imported the db from the previous location. One person changed their password about 5 times and they finally stopped having troubles. I as the admin haven't had any trouble logging in. It is hard to get info from the users having trouble because they are fairly computer illiterate.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Have the troublesome users clear their browser cookies. You might also try empting the sessions table.

BTW, what do you think of bluehost performance/support wise for Drupal hosting?

One of my clients wants to dump their web host (dreamhost) because the performance is terrible.
